Tandem press line

We can offer an optimal line structure according to your request for productivity, moldability and cost. We cover various lines such as servo driven ones, mechanical driven ones and hybrid(servo/mechanical) driven ones, together with transfer device.

Transfer press line

You can select the driven methods from servo, link and crankless according to your purposes. Its capacity ranges from 8000kN to 35000kN, which is for forming high-strength steel sheets, and can be used in a wide range of forming processes.

Blanking press line

We cover a variety of press lines such as ones for outer/inner panels as well as ones with funciton to transfer panels. You can select the drive method from servo, link, crank and crankless.

Laser blanking line

The laser blanking line replaces the conventional press mechanical structure with a laser blanking device. It doesn't need mold to operate and improvement in cutting quality can be expected.

Trial press

Try press is designed specifically for die tries. Its capacity ranges from 5000kN to 24000kN. You can select the drive method from servo, link and crankless.

Various forming machines

We propose a variety of molding machines and pressurizing machines by applying our technologies accumulated through years of solutions for servo drive and press manufacturing.

Destack feeder

We cover a veriety of distack feeders for press lines such as tandem press lines and transfer press lines. We can make optimal proposal according to productivity and forming materials.

Panel transfer system

Six axis robots and hexa feeder (high-speed transfer robots) bring high flexibility and productivity to your transfering process. We support your processes by using parallel panel transfer, 90 degree rotation and other technologies.

Auto palletizer

Auto palletizer brings High-speed and automatic palletaizing to your processes and can adapt from large size cross bar cup feed transfer press line to high speed servo tandem press line.

Coil feeder

We cover coil lines for not only high-strength steel sheets but also ultra high-strength steel sheets. We can also propose you options that are easier to maintain the lines, such as adopting cassette type leveler.

Piler

We can propose a veriety of pilers for outer/inner panels and pilers with the function to transfer panels according to the kinds of panels and forming methods. We also can offer pilers specialized for aluminum sheets, as well as ones available for steel and aluminum sheets.
