We also manufacture blanking press lines and progressive press lines for medium size, small size and profile materials, taking advantage of their high rigid structure and high accurate forming.

Servo driven blanking press can lower the motion speed only at the time of cutting the coil and reduce the noise, taking advantage of its high accurate forming. In addition, by swinging the slide motion, that makes it possible to process at a higher speed.

Leveler for ultra high-strength steel

We manufacture a coil feeder with a leveler compatible with high rigid 21 pieces of work rolls for 1.5GPa class ultra high-strengh steel sheets.

Trapezoid Shear

It doen't hit upper die and that makes it lower noise and vibration unlike conventional one.
By removing the springs from the conventional one, it can operate at High speed.

Replaceable cassette type leveler

The replaceable cassette type leveler can replace rolls according to the kinds of sheets such as soft steel sheets, high-strength steel sheets and alminum sheets. And it also can shorten the time to replace and adjust rolls.
