Trial press has various kinds of specifications for die trials and is designed for easily working and maintaining on manufacturing dies. You can select drive methods from link drive, mechanical drive and servo drive and conduct die trial under the various kinds of drive methods.
It passes the inspection in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health issued from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan, so you can safely use it.
6000 kN trial press
This press is for die trial of 5000 kN class transfer press, progressive press.
24000 kN servo trial press
This press has same specifications as the first press machine in manufacturing process. By taking advantage of die tiral data collected from this tiral press, you can save die adjusting process.
