Utilizing IoT to Support Production and Maintenance

We have developed "HFMAPS" that uses IoT technology to support preventive maintenance for press lines, recovery support, operational status analyses and production simulations.

In addition to operating on local systems, you can check the production status, failure status and inspection information for press lines at each factory from a remote location by connecting to the Internet and selecting a cloud system.

It is also possible for our technicians to assist recovery in the event of a failure by connecting the local system to us via the internet.

Features

Preventive maintenance

HFMAPS can record maintenance and inspection history and give an annoucement when the periodic maintenance and inspection are approaching. In addition, the system collects the data on press loads and servo motor loads and shows the comparison between the proper values and the actual ones.

Operational analysis

In addition to recording and managing error history, HFMAPS shows the operation status such as the current status and trend as well as production results such as daily reports and monthly reports.

Recovery support

HFMAP supports recovery from a failure by verifying the cause through the drive record, monitoring an error block of the press line and the error details.
By connecting through the Internet, our technicians provide remote maintenance service to assist in the recovery.

Simulation

HFMAPS makes it possible to check the interference between the transfer device/slide and the die in the servo tandem press line and transfer press line and also simulate a predicted SPM on the desk.
