Instead of blanking die, straight shearing die can be set into blanking press and can shear the coil materials into trapezoid and rectangle. Shearing angle can be changed by servo motor to the degree inputted in advance. Traditional one was the type stamping the frame equipped with upper blades by slide, that is to say,"striking type". Instead of this "striking type", H&F has newly developed "suspending type". In this "suspending type", the frame equipped with upper blades is mounted and fixed with the slide. In comparison with "striking type", "suspending type" is fairly silent without shocking noise at touch of slide and realizes high speed and productivity.
