For the Piler for Outer Panels, the soft piling system using electromagnet type multiple belts conveyor and reducing speed of the conveyor at piling realizes the following characteristics.
· Stable blank transfer without belt becoming slack
· Speed-up of On-Off control by using low voltage for electromagnet
· Decreasing damages caused by scratching between blanks and hitting the end stopper
· Side Piler for outer panels is also available
About Piler for inner panels, various equipment can be offered to make the best arrangement for the objective blanks considering the requirement from customer, like multiple low stacking of small/medium size and complicated shaped blanks, pallet for the product of progressive press line.
