Mars Detecting System makes full auto inspection possible that is indispensable for Quality Management and is contributing the stability of quality and improvement to productivity.
This system is the supporting device for stamped panel inspection which can detect crack, necking, wrinkle and damage by taking pictures of stamped panel with CCD camera, making image processing treatment over these pictures and comparing them with teaching data.
