This system is the supporting device for stamped panel inspection which can automatically detect crack, necking, wrinkle and damage by taking pictures of stamped panel with CCD camera, making image processing treatment over these pictures and comparing them with teaching image.
This system can store inspected images in PC for image processing and by utilizing them to tracing back to the past images, analysis of damaged panels is possible and it can reduce mental fatigue of inspection worker.
