SERVO PRESS with Servo Die Cushion
[PATPEND]

Optimum motion for forming and transfer has realized a world-class productivity.
Servo Die Cushion boasting the world's best accuracy of load control has improved
forming quality.

TFE20000 servo Transfer Press
Optimum slide motion for panel transfer has been realized with a high-torque and simple crankless mechanism. Combining with "Hexa-Feeder" with Servo press, production speed, 20 spm in maximum can be achieved.
(in case of Tandem press Line)
A newly-developed software "Motion Maker" can support to produce an optimum motion.
Low noise
Pre-acceleration function of servo die cushion reduces
noise by about 25 dB(A)comparing with pneumatic cushion.
*Cushion starts descending just before slide touches blank holder.
Energy-saving
There is no heat generating loss by intermittent running as a
clutch brake is not equipped.
Die cushion recovers driving energy and can save power
consumption as much as 40%.
Oil -saving
Large quantity of hydraulic oil is not used in servo die cushion
since H&F's servo die cushion is mechanically direct driven type.
Only space for lubrication unit is required in a pit.
It is no need to take any measure for harmonic disturbance by adopting sine wave PWM Converter.
We are ready to cope with customer's power capacity measure by using capacitor bank.
Upgrade Panel forming quality by epoch-making Servo Die Cushion
Forming Mode
Adjustable to any kind of forming conditions with Die cushion.
Load Control
Capable of load change in forming and acceleration/deceleration of slide.
Hybrid Mechanism
Both a high accuracy and a high capacity are realized by using air cylinder.
Rack & Pinion Mechanism
A high efficiency and a longer life time are realized without heat generation.
Pre-acceleration function
Capable of corresponding to max. slide speed 700mm/s.
Touch speed of upper die versus blank holder is capable of setting arbitrarily.
Effect : Improvement of material yield ratio
Capable of using lower grade materials
Stable strains of stretch forming
Reduction of trial-hour
Digitalized data control of forming conditions
